  Went here with my partner and couldn't believe how rude the guy serving us was, I was paying and yet he completely ignored me and just spoke with my partner trying to convince him to buy a fricken $7 loyalty card (which I ended up paying for) and then he passed us a crappy magazine full of more advertising, turned to my partner and said, "She'll like this, it's pink." I wanted to give him an ear full right there and then. Never been so disrespected in my life. It's a shame too because Zarraffa's has really good coffee but I'll never be going back to this one again.

  A credible Queensland based coffee chain in the same vein as Starbucks but with better coffee. No. Really. I've been to the U.S. and drank the dregs they serve there. We drink imported espresso at home and the Zaraffa roasts stack up well. Personally recommend picking up some freshly roasted Java blend. The usual mix of sweeter cream and milk based coffee and mocha treats and pre prepared bakery items which could use a menu refresh from time to time, but reliable and well priced in their market. Watch for peak times in the mornings when there can be queues.
